The L24 Cincy Car, Truck & Bike Show brings together union members, local businesses, automotive enthusiasts, families, and the surrounding community for a day of vehicles, fellowship, and support for the skilled trades.
Proceeds from this event help support local apprentices entering the sheet metal trade while strengthening community connections throughout Cincinnati.

Please complete the registration form with your contact information, vehicle details, class/category, Local 24 member ownership information, and waiver agreement.
REGISTER VEHICLEPre-registration is $20 per vehicle.
Online payment may be submitted through Venmo using the QR code below.
Please include the same name used on your registration form and vehicle information in the Venmo payment notes.
Participants may also submit registration payment in person at the Local 24 Union Hall prior to the event.
Q: Can anyone participate and/or register a vehicle?
A: The show is open to the public and we encourage everyone interested to participate!
Q: Can I register the day of, or do I have to pre-register?
A: We would prefer you to pre-register, but day-of registration will be available. Please call or text Nick at 513-617-8856 with any registration questions.
Q: Can I register more than one vehicle?
A: Yes, multiple entries are allowed, but each vehicle must be registered separately.
Q: Is there a registration fee or donation?
A: Yes, pre-registration is $20 per vehicle.
Q: Are spectators free to attend?
A: Yes.
Q: Do I have to stay the duration of the show?
A: Yes. If you want to be judged and qualify for trophies, you must remain for the duration of the event.
Q: Who will be judging?
A: People’s Choice is judged by registered participants. All other trophies will be judged by our panel of judges.
Q: Can I win more than one trophy?
A: No. If you qualify for more than one, the highest-priority award will be given first.
Q: How will the Top 10 be determined?
A: By the highest remaining scores after specialty and top awards are assigned.
Q: How are ties handled in scoring?
A: Ties will be decided by the judges’ panel based on overall points and notes.
Q: Do judges need me present when looking at my vehicle?
A: Judges may need hoods, doors, or trunks open. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible.
Q: What if I win a raffle or the 50/50 and I already left?
A: All unclaimed raffles will be re-drawn at 5pm if not claimed following the specific drawing.
Q: Will there be professional photos or media at the event?
A: Yes. By participating, you consent to photos of you and your vehicle being used in Local 24 media and promotions.
Q: Will food, drinks, or restrooms be available?
A: Yes. Quaker Steak has offered a 20% discount on food for participants.
Q: Can I bring chairs or coolers?
A: Due to limited space we ask that you are considerate of the other participants when setting up anything outside of your parking spot. Coolers are permitted; however, alcoholic beverages are not.
Q: Are burnouts, donuts, or unsafe driving allowed?
A: No. Unsafe activity may result in removal from the event.
Q: Is the event rain or shine?
A: Yes, unless severe weather creates unsafe conditions.
Q: Will trailer parking be available?
A: Limited trailer parking may be available. Please contact Nick in advance if needed.
